At Faiz Global Foundation, we believe that empowered women create empowered communities. Our WED, led by Humeira Faiz, is dedicated to helping women gain the tools, training, and confidence they need to build financial independence, self-worth, and leadership capacity within their families and society.
Through our programs, women are not only learning new skills— they are reclaiming their voices, dignity, and power to shape their own futures.
Our Programs
• Vocational Training: Practical, hangs-on training in areas such as tailoring, handicrafts, computer literacy, and basic entrepreneurship. These programs enable women to earn a stable income and support their families with dignity.
• Leadership Development Program:Personally conducted by Humeira Faiz, this transformative initiative helps women discover their inner strength, build confidence, and develop leadership qualities to become change makers in their communities.
• Facilitator Training for Women’s Empowerment: A specialized program designed to train women as empowerment facilitators who can guide, support, and educate other women in their regions—creating a ripple effect of strength and solidarity across communities.
A personal Journey of Humeira Faiz Transformation
“There was a time I lived in silence— a voiceless person always hidden within my shell.”
My journey began when I was seen by Gail Straub and Daived Gershon at a book signing event in 2006. They recognized something in me that I could not yet see in myself. Through their kindness and sponsorship, I received six life-changing empowerment sessions that awakened my inner strength and purpose.
During that time, I also began reading and practicing the teachings from their inspiring book,
“Empowerment: The Art of Creating Your Life As You Want” and Make Your Passion Happen.”
These lessons became the foundation of my growth, teaching me how to transform pain into purpose and dream into reality. From that shy, quiet young woman, I have grown into a leader—a woman who now stands proudly to be the voice for thousands of women who have not yet been heard.
My story is a testament to what empowerment can do—it can transform fear into courage, silence into expression, and dreams into action.
